Birds

My family of birds that I let make nest in my honey suckle are not happy with me right now.  I am out of bird seed and I haven't got to the store to get any.  So they are patiently waiting until I fill up the bird feeders.

This was my first ever attemp at getting something in flight.
And i don't know what kind of bird this is but if anyone knows let me know.

Much love, Cheri

  1. Hi Cheri, I really hope someone knows what that last bird is - what a curious looking fellow.
I just couldn't believe that you had done a bird post and photographing one in flight as I was "going" to do a very, very similar post this morning and thought that my photos wouldn't be good enough. Yours are! How totally amazing.

  2. I have a couple of bird posts coming up and I don't know what kind they are either. You got some good pictures, I think birds are hard to get.

  3. If you want to see a pitiful bird in flight. Look at my post yesterday! Yours is great!. When I am in Colorado and forget to put food out. The Steller Jays sit on the deck post and screech at me.

  4. You have spoiled them ha,ha, are they not supposed to look for food themselves? But cute to see them so patiently waiting for you to come.

  7. You'd better get some birdseed! I love the fence with all the birds on top, and your first in-flight photo is wonderful!

  8. I love the third one the most, the two birds flying like dancing over the fence. Great catch!
