Scriptures that sustain me!


Psalms 30:5 - For His anger is but for a moment,
His favor is for life;
Weeping may endure for a night,
But joy comes in the morning!!     (What a faithful promise)

2 Corinth 5:7- For we walk by faith, not by sight.

Psalm 112:7,8-He will not be afraid of evil tidings;
His heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. His heart is established;
He will not be afraid,
Until he sees his desire upon his enemies.

Galatians 6:9 -And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

John 16:33 -  These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will[a] have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

Galatians 3:13 -  Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”[a]),

Philippians 4:6 - Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;

Hebrews 10:23 - 23 Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. 

Romans 15:4 --  Such things were written in the Scriptures long ago to teach us. And the Scriptures give us hope and encouragement as we wait patiently for God’s promises to be fulfilled.

“Who can know the Lord’s thoughts?
    Who knows enough to teach him?”[a]
But we understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ.

1 Peter 5:6.7 -So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor. Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

 1 John 4:4 - 4 But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. 

1 John 4:18 -
18 Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love. 

Ephesians 6:13 - 13 Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm

Psalms 18:2
The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior;
    my God is my rock, in whom I find protection.
He is my shield, the power that saves me,
    and my place of safety.

Psalms 138:8 - The Lord will perfect that which concerns me;
Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever;
Do not forsake the works of Your hands
